As technical health specialist Dr. Pathak has contributed to large scale, multi-country, global health programs like MCHIP and MCSP. He is well versed in addressing implementation level challenges both at the community and facility levels so as to ensure effective program outcomes. With more than 14 years of work experience, he brings in a skill-mix of teaching, training and mentoring on health systems, service provision, and thematic subjects. Having worked extensively with the government of India, Dr. Pathak has been involved in the policy formulation and policy guideline development processes as an advisor cum member in various technical committees, groups and commissions. With most recent tenure at the World Health Organization, he brings in the proficiency on cross-thematic inputs to impact health.
